Return Policy

At Cool Math Guy, we’re committed to supporting homeschool families with high-quality, self-paced math instruction. Because our courses are digital and grant immediate access to video lessons and materials, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we recognize that life happens — and we’re here to be fair and flexible when needed.

Standard Refund Policy

• Digital Product Notice: Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to video content and downloadable materials. As there’s nothing tangible to return, refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion.

• Timeframe for Requesting a Refund:
  Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase and are only considered if the student has not accessed more than one video lesson or downloaded multiple course materials.

• How to Request a Refund:

  • Your full name

  • Course name

  • Purchase date

  • A brief explanation of your situation

• Processing Time:
  If your refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Switching Courses

We understand that sometimes a student may be placed in the wrong course level. If you realize you need a different course after registering, you may request a course switch within 14 days of purchase. We’ll be happy to transfer your access to the more appropriate course at no additional charge.

Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will not be provided if:

1. More than one video lesson has been accessed

2. A significant portion of the course materials has been downloaded

3. The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase

4. The course was fully accessed and used, regardless of outcome

Important: We do understand that sometimes a course may not be the right fit — whether due to special learning needs, degree of difficulty, family relocation, or other life circumstances. If your situation falls outside the refund policy but you believe an exception should be considered, please reach out. We review each request thoughtfully and do our best to be accommodating when we can.

Canceling a Purchase Before Accessing the Course

If you purchased a course but haven’t accessed any content yet, you’re eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us promptly to request cancellation.
