If there is difficulty viewing a sample, please report the problem and we will work to fix it ASAP. [We take personal pride in seeing our site perform well.] However, finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund. Understand that it is impossible to test our website on every platform and every configuration we may encounter on the internet.
B. Chalk Dust Productions has made every effort to inform customers about video content by including subsection descriptions in the tables of contents. Still, we acknowledge an occassional difference between video instruction provided and a customer’s expectation of instruction. Therefore, we may, on a case-by-case basis and under particular circumstances, allow customers to exchange one section for another.
